Terms of Service

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and be responsible for activity through your account. You must be at least 13 years old; if the law where you live requires a higher age for agreeing to online services, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

2. AI identification and market information

Marble Collector provides AI-assisted identification, condition and rarity assessments. Results may be incomplete or wrong and are not authentication certificates or professional appraisals.

Market comparisons are drawn from current active marketplace listings and normally represent seller asking prices, not verified completed sales. Seller descriptions may be inaccurate and comparable items can differ in size, condition, quantity or authenticity. No identification, rarity label or price range guarantees a future sale price.

Seek a qualified specialist before relying on the service for a high-value purchase, sale, insurance, tax, estate or legal decision.

3. Your content and community sharing

You keep ownership of photographs, notes and other content you submit. You give Marble Collector a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, resize, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and to show saved identification records through community features.

You must have the right to upload the content. Do not upload personal documents, unlawful material, malware, content that violates another person’s rights or photographs of people without an appropriate basis. Saved identification records currently appear on public feed and profile pages and may be visible to anyone with the link.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features may be purchased through Stripe on the web or through Apple on iOS. The price, billing interval and renewal terms shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Web subscriptions are managed through the Stripe billing portal; App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple account settings.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops a future renewal but does not normally refund a period already paid for, except where the checkout provider’s policy or applicable law requires otherwise. Prices and features may change for future billing periods with any notice required by law.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not access another person’s account or collection without permission.
• Do not scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the service or bypass usage and subscription controls.
• Do not use the service to deceive buyers, misrepresent an AI result as expert authentication or infringe another person’s rights.
• Do not reverse engineer or redistribute proprietary portions of the product except where law expressly permits it.
• Do not post harassment, spam or unlawful content in community features.

6. Intellectual property, availability and termination

Marble Collector’s name, software, site design and original editorial material belong to the service owner or its licensors. Third-party trademarks, marketplace listings and user content remain the property of their respective owners.

Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. Access can be limited or ended when an account creates risk, violates these terms or must be restricted by law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Marble Collector does not promise uninterrupted access, a particular identification accuracy or a particular financial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marble Collector is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on an identification, rarity assessment, third-party listing or estimated price. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Updates and contact
